La Mediterranee serves classic French fare in a relaxed atmosphere. The decor of La Mediterranee, is simple but elegant, because owner Jovanis Bouargoub believes “the food should speak for itself!” Reservations are recommended.
About the owner:
Jovanis grew up on both sides of the Mediterranean, in France and Tunisia, before coming to the U.S. in 2001. It has been his dream since coming to the U.S. to open a restaurant that brings together the multiple flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, while maintaining a classic French foundation. Jovanis has a Culinary background from the Cordon Bleu in Paris and in Restaurant Management from Tunisia.
